Hello everyone!
The contest was suspended for the organizers to look into complaints regarding the voting system and allegations of voting fraud. Based on comments and suggestions, and in consultation with parents of the candidates, the voting system has been modified. The basis for determining winners will now be : 1/3 comment-votes, 1/3 poll votes, and 1/3 votes from a panel of judges. Comment votes: Only those cast from Nov. 4-8, 2009 will be considered. Online poll votes: Open November 11, 2009; 12:01 am, and ends November 30, 2009; 11:59 pm(Pacific Standard Time. )

3. You can vote for any number of contestants, but only once for the whole month.
